This experiential playground themed around sound,instruments,and music is launched by Shimamura Music as a new business venture. It is conceived as a space to help foster an early familiarity with music and instruments. Children can freely roam among tree-inspired furniture and piano-shaped inflatable play structures while enjoying a variety of attractions.A diverse array of patterns and colors is designed to naturally spark children’s curiosity and sense of play. Collaborating with the design team closely, we carefully coordinated the overall materials and visual elements. Leveraging the long, narrow layout of the tenant space, the lighting and color tones become more subdued as one moves deeper inside, creating a sense of anticipation and excitement akin to venturing into the depths of a forest. The furniture features colorfully dyed wood with rounded corners, ensuring safety and durability while creating a soft, inviting aesthetic. The hope is that exploring sound and rhythm in this space will become a cherished childhood memory, fostering a lasting connection to music.
