A renovation of a low-rise condominium featuring a perforated plywood storage core as the anchor of daily life. Glass doors between the living area and bedroom create a north-south flow of light and air. By treating the surroundings with equal importance, the design moves beyond the conventional dilemma of prioritizing south-facing light.
