Since the area is limited to 20 square meters, we designed the space to function as a visual advertisement visible from the street and sidewalk, rather than just an internal store. We installed steel plates on the walls to accommodate large graphics and used detachable furniture with embedded magnets to adapt to various exhibition scales. The interior features three different floor levels. We designed the second-floor slab as a cantilever that integrates a central structural column. This creates a floating kitchen space resembling a DJ booth, adding three-dimensional depth and establishing a unique identity for the gallery.Designed as a newsstand to disseminate food culture, this space in Shibuya PARCO includes a gallery and a mini-kitchen where creators, companies, and media can present food-themed projects.
