世田谷区奥沢にある美容室の移転リニューアルである。
既存区画は中央に柱のある円形空間だったため、必然的に人が回遊していくプランの検討を進めた。
道路側に大きく備えられた窓を活かすよう、個室は建物のコアに集約。中央の柱を囲うようにカラーブースを設置し、作業しながらも客席全体が見渡せるレイアウトとした。二重に設えたカーテンが光を柔らかく受け止め、天井があらわになることで半屋外のような気持ち良さを感じながら施術をうけることができる空間を目指した。

 

A relocation and renewal project for a hair salon in Okusawa, Setagaya. The existing circular space with a central column naturally led to a plan centered on fluid circulation. To maximize the street-side windows, private functions are clustered in the core, while a dedicated color station surrounds the central column. This layout allows staff to oversee the entire salon even while preparing dyes. Double-layered curtains soften the light, and the exposed ceiling creates an airy, semi-outdoor feel for a refreshing guest experience.
